YOU ARE WELCOME HERE
For as in one body we have many members and not all the members have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually we are members one of another.

Our Campsite: Redwood Glen Camp & Conference Center 100 Wright Dr, Loma Mar CA 94021
Avodah: The Service of the Heart is Prayer, declare the Torah, in the Old Testament and the Jewish Talmud. This year’s First Filipino American UCC Camp centers on prayer; either having coffee with God in the morning or gathered at the campfire eating s’mores while listening to the Holy Spirit.
Campers will experience the many ways of expressing devotion to God in prayer. Campers will learn more about “The Lord’s Prayer” in Matthew 6 taught by our God and Savior Jesus Christ. Campers will also discover how prayers are done beyond known Christian traditions.
The Pacific Islanders and Asian American Ministries of the United Church of Christ (PAAM UCC) are delighted to warmly invite you to join us at the 2026 PAAM Convocation, to be held June 24–27, 2026, at the Irvine Congregational Church United Church of Christ in Irvine, California.
Our theme, “Josiah Generation Going Deeper in Faith,” is grounded in 2 Chronicles 34, where Josiah, while still young, began to seek the God of his ancestors (2 Chronicles 34:3) and led the people in renewal. Like Josiah, we gather with humble hearts to listen, return to God’s Word, and recommit ourselves, as Scripture says, to “make a covenant before the Lord” (2 Chronicles 34:31).
This gathering will be a time for spiritual nurture, inspiring worship, workshops, breaking bread together, and fellowship. It is our hope that through your presence, participation, and support, love and lasting relationships will deepen among us as Children of God working together for Justice, Love, and Peace for All. We will also listen closely to our Youth and Young Adults’ perspectives as we learn and grow together.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus"

Our Seniors’ Group
Pillars of Faith gather monthly to be in fellowship and continuously grow in spirit and in truth. The date and time are announced at least two weeks before the gathering.
Word Sharing
Word Sharing or Bible Study group gathers on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month on zoom at 7:30 PM.
During summer we come together in-person at the Rev. Erasto Arenas Hall located in the church building from 6:00 - 8:00 PM (potluck if able).
From digging deeper into the text to sharing testimonies, we come in conversation with the Holy Spirit who nourishes our souls with God’s presence and the Word.
Discipleship
Join our Discipleship Group that meets once a month on a Saturday starting with a potluck lunch fellowship at 12 noon.
With a versatile curriculum the group dwells on the life applications of the Word. With a theology and the arts approach, participants endeavor to meditate on God’s word with one’s creativity, critical thinking, soul searching, using various media including visual arts; music, song, and dance; film; literature; and cultural immersions.
